What it does
Anamnesis exposes your Obsidian vault to Claude (and any MCP client) so your agents can read, search, browse, and write notes alongside you.
- Search the vault by keyword, tag, folder, or date
- Read individual notes in full
- List recently modified files
- Browse vault folder structure
- Create or update notes from a conversation
